Do these things, STAY IN PRAISE
There is sound advice in this for those who want to walk with Father. Much deliverance happens when we adhere to His words and make them our words. The things that come out of our mouths.
Proverbs 4:20 My son, pay attention to my words, and listen closely to what I say.
Pay attention to His word and the words precision. Listen closely when Father speaks in His word.
Proverbs 4:21 Do not let them out of your sight; keep them within your heart.
Do not let Father’s word out of our sight. Keep it right before our eyes. Keep Father’s word in our heart, the seat of our personal life.
Proverbs 4:22 For they are life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body.
Why? Because Father’s word is life to those who find it. It is healing to our whole body.
Proverbs 4:23 Above everything else guard your heart, because from it flow the springs of life.
Guard your heart. From your heart the spring of life-giving water flows.
Proverbs 4:24 Never talk deceptively and don’t keep company with people who’s speech is corrupt.
Never talk deceptively. And do not keep company with those who do.
Proverbs 4:25 Let your eyes look directly ahead; fix your gaze straight in front of you.
Our eyes are to keep God and His word in focus. We are to fix our gaze only on Him and His word.
Proverbs 4:26 Carefully measure the paths for your feet, and all your ways will be established.
Watch the way we walk, renew our minds to Father’s words and it will establish our ways on what He says.
Proverbs 4:27 Do not turn to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.
Do not be looking around at worldly solutions, when you see evil, turn away from it.
Proverb 4:20-27 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. KJV
Out of our heart our mouth speaks. If you want to know a person’s, heart listen to what they are really saying. We know them by their fruits.
John 17:2-3 Since you have given him authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him. And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
